Windows PC requirements

CadTracker runs on all versions of Windows, from Windows 7 with Service Pack 1 to the latest version of Windows 10.

CadTracker Setup will automatically detect if Windows is 32-bit or 64-bit and install the appropriate version.

Hosting a database

CadTracker requires a Microsoft SQL Server database, which can be installed on your PC or another PC on your network.

To host a database on your PC, select Set up database on this PC. Setup will download and run the SQL Server installer, which is 275 MB and requires 1.1 GB to install.

To host the database on another PC or server on your network, run CadTracker Setup on that machine.
